ABSTRACT

The development of cross-border e-commerce has entered the threshold of high-quality development from the initial stage, and relevant compliance policies at home and abroad have been introduced one after another, forcing China's cross-border e-commerce compliance management. Talent is a key element in the compliance development of China's cross-border e-commerce. Based on the current compliance status of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in China, this study combined with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other departments jointly released the role positioning and competency model of the new profession of corporate compliance specialists, and constructed the ability index of cross-border e-commerce compliance talents. This talent capability index will provide a reference for the recruitment, training and career development planning of cross-border compliance management talents in the future.
