Talents play a pivotal role in rural revitalization. In the new era, the development of Ankang City prioritizes the advancement of rural human resources. It organizes and implements a city-wide plan to rejuvenate rural talents. The city firmly seizes the "gateway" to rural revitalization by grasping the four essential elements of "retaining, utilizing, attracting, and educating" in development. It vigorously fosters and trains local talents while rejuvenating the foundational talent pool. Additionally, it intensifies efforts to actively attract foreign talents and expand the growth of talent capital. The city establishes and enhances mechanisms for talent attraction and employment, all with the aim of retaining and nurturing talents. It adopts multiple measures to support the sustainable growth of agriculture and rural areas.
