This paper analyzes the current trend of enterprise training informatization, including the application of online learning, mobile learning, artificial intelligence and other technologies, as well as the development of enterprise internal training platform. At the same time, the countermeasures for the development of enterprise training informatization are put forward, including strengthening internal training management, improving the quality and personalization of training content, and strengthening technical support and security.
