ABSTRACT

The employment problem of college students has always been one of the important problems faced by China's higher education. In order to explore the influencing factors of the police school graduates' choice of destination, on the basis of literature analysis, through interviews and questionnaires to understand the graduates' employment intention, four influencing factors, including the realization of personal ideals and values, development opportunities, work environment and interpersonal relationships, were summarized, including a total of 21 specific indicators, such as compliance with personal interests and hobbies, the sense of achievement brought by work, the possibility of independent planning work, and personal personality.
