With the booming development of global tourism, modern hotel groups are facing fierce market competition and changing customer needs. In this context, as one of the core competitiveness of the hotel industry, the efficiency of human resources is particularly important. This thesis aims to discuss how the modern hotel groups can improve the overall efficiency through the optimization of human resource management strategy, so as to enhance the competitiveness and market position. Through the analysis of the current situation of human resource management in modern hotel groups, combined with the relevant theoretical research, this thesis puts forward a series of targeted strategies and suggestions.
