Against the backdrop of continuous globalization and technological advancement, the challenges organizations face are increasingly complex, and the role of leadership is becoming more crucial. The relationship between leadership and organizational performance has become a focus of management research. This paper systematically analyzes the interaction between leadership and organizational performance, discussing the related conceptual foundations, current research status, and challenges faced, and further proposes a series of innovative empirical research strategies. The aim of this paper is to deeply verify the specific impact of leadership behavior on organizational outcomes, thereby providing new insights for the development of leadership theories and their practical applications.
