ABSTRACT

This paper, against the backdrop of the "Belt and Road" initiative, explores the pathways of accounting talent cultivation models. By analyzing the new requirements for the accounting profession in the globalized economic environment, the paper proposes directions for cultivating accounting talents that meet the demands of the "Belt and Road" construction. In the research process, a globally competitive training model is formulated through a comparative analysis of accounting talent cultivation experiences in different countries and regions. The article also emphasizes the importance of cross-cultural communication and an international perspective in cultivating accounting talents for the "Belt and Road."
