ABSTRACT

This paper aims to explore how to construct an efficient undergraduate training system for financial and accounting talents under the impetus of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. The article first analyzes the challenges faced by current financial and accounting education and the development trends of RPA technology. It then proposes a set of RPA-based reforms for financial and accounting education. Through theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper aims to provide a practical model for higher education institutions to reform undergraduate education in financial and accounting disciplines.
