ABSTRACT

In the new era, the requirements for college students' comprehensive quality are more comprehensive, and the personnel training in colleges and universities has gradually formed an all-round development personnel training system oriented by the integration of "five educations". However, the current talent training in colleges and universities needs further study in the aspects of comprehensive quality training concept, training content and training mechanism. Although the existing research results put forward countermeasures from a single level or multiple angles such as family, school and society, a complete comprehensive quality cultivation system has not yet been formed. In this regard, we should systematically integrate the relevant subjects of college students' comprehensive quality cultivation, and construct a college students' comprehensive quality cultivation system based on school education, social resources and family education from the perspective of collaborative education, to promote the relevant cultivation subjects to form a joint force and jointly cultivate college students' comprehensive quality.
