ABSTRACT

The developmental funding educational in colleges and universities pays attention to the reasonable demands of students from economically disadvantaged families, promotes their comprehensive and healthy development. The developmental funding educational in colleges and universities should not only be daily and daily oriented, but also be institutionalized and standardized, and be promoted in a coordinated manner. The normalization and institutionalization of the developmental funding educational in colleges and universities is not only the objective requirement of the development law of the funding educational in colleges and universities, but also an inevitable choice to promote the all-round growth of students, and a major measures to promote the great ideological and political pattern. To promote the normalization and institutionalization of the development funding education in colleges and universities is based on constant attention, fundamental institutional structure, and be effective results.
