ABSTRACT

With the high-quality development of China's economy and culture, innovation and reform have become the focus of development in various fields at present, which also puts forward higher requirements for teaching management in colleges and universities. Multiculturalism has brought profound influence on students' values, ideals and beliefs, which puts forward new development requirements for student management, which requires schools to meet challenges and realize innovation and reform in combination with the characteristics of the development of the times. Based on this, this paper analyzes and studies the strategies of teaching management in colleges and universities from the perspective of multiculturalism, expounds the background of multicultural development, analyzes the problems in teaching management in colleges and universities from the perspective of multiculturalism, and analyzes the importance of teaching management in colleges and universities from the perspective of multiculturalism. On this basis, it puts forward the strategies of teaching management in colleges and universities from the perspective of multiculturalism for reference.
