ABSTRACT

Physical education is an important part of modern education. This paper introduces the concept and basic characteristics of sound personality, and believes that physical education has its own unique advantages for the cultivation of students' sound personality. This paper expounds the role of physical education on personality cultivation, and puts forward the corresponding measures for everyone to discuss together.
