ABSTRACT

This paper constructs the evaluation indicator system of scientific and technology innovation ability for application-oriented universities with the principal component analysis and SPSS software. Moreover, the scientific and technology innovation ability of five applied-oriented universities are analyzed with the evaluation indicator system. Finally, the paper proposes suggestions on the education input, innovation input, technology transformation and innovation environment in order to improve the technological innovation ability and optimize the research decision.
