In view of the problems existing in the traditional teaching process of Introduction to Urban Rail transit, this paper discusses the establishment of Growth mindset, the application and implementation of case teaching method in the teaching of this course. It turned out that the application of a variety of teaching strategies stimulates students' internal driving force, improved students' learning efficiency and comprehensive ability, and also improved the teaching quality of the course.
