ABSTRACT

In the process of higher education reform, the mode of talent training is undergoing major changes, and there is an urgent need for advanced skilled talents with innovative ability. The group of graduate students in universities is the source of innovative talents and the backbone in the era of knowledge economy. From the perspective of optimizing the cultivation mode of postgraduates, study the guidance, cultivation and support of large-scale instrument sharing platform for researchers, and improve the thinking and practical ability of researchers in an all-round way. This paper proposes that the construction of large-scale instrument sharing platform and the development of hybrid teaching play an important role in the ability of graduate students. This paper focuses on the construction of large-scale instrument sharing platform and hybrid teaching methods, and summarizes the importance of optimizing higher education methods to improve the ability of graduate students in China.
