The development of Internet education marks the beginning of the era of MOOC, and the process of education informatization in China has been advancing with each passing day. The combination of online and offline teaching has become the new normal of teaching mode. The construction of online education resources is not only the result of teaching reform in colleges and universities changing with the times but also the new challenge facing teaching management in colleges and universities.
