ABSTRACT

Training innovative talents is an important responsibility of higher education, which is helpful to transport more high-quality talents for the society and promote the healthy development of society. Through the analysis of the current situation of talent training in university laboratories, this paper puts forward the main countermeasures for the integration of teaching and research in university laboratories, and trains more innovative talents by strengthening laboratory construction and management, so as to help strengthen laboratory management and construction and promote the improvement of talent training quality.
