ABSTRACT

The work of unity for student members is an essential part of the construction in colleges and universities. Fully utilizing pioneering and exemplary roles of student members contributes to cultivating new individuals capable of taking on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. In response to the deficiencies in university students' identification and leading demonstration, we should enhance role recognition and commitment, and implement the Young Marxist Training Project and training courses for student members, and establish advanced models, and use "peer examples" to inspire others. Leverage Internet social media to disseminate advanced behavior of student members.
