ABSTRACT

Medical staff, as a special group, bear the heavy responsibility of serving patients and have a significant impact on the physical health of the people throughout the country. In the industry of interacting with people, the occupational pressure of medical staff is increasing, and job burnout is becoming increasingly severe. Therefore, this study starts from various influencing factors of job burnout and uses the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-HSS), Overall Wellbeing Inventory (GWB), and Type A Behavior Type Questionnaire (TABP) to investigate 280 medical staff in Kaifeng City, Henan Province. Intended to alleviate the problem of job burnout among medical staff and provide effective recommendations, this study concludes that the higher the level of job burnout among medical staff, the lower their subjective well-being level; People with Type A personality are more likely to experience job burnout; The more obvious the tendency of Type A personality type, the lower the subjective well-being.
