ABSTRACT

With the deepening of reform and opening up, along with the rapid development of the country, innovation and entrepreneurship have become the main driving force to promote national and regional economic development. Innovation is a catalyst to promote social and economic development. The trend of social and economic development has brought new ideas to college students' work. At present, the focus of college students' work is how to cultivate college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability and how to plan their career.[1]
