ABSTRACT

Student financial aid is a warm job and a heart-warming project, which is related to the promotion of education fairness in my country. As the cradle of students' growth and talent, colleges should take "cultivating morality and cultivating people" as their purpose, take educating people as the starting point and end point of financial aid work, and constantly improve student financial aid policies to ensure that no student is allowed to drop out of school due to family difficulties. Aiming at the new challenges faced by financial aid work in the new era, this chapter is problem-oriented, and through investigation and analysis, proposes the construction of a "caring, caring, warm-hearted, and comfortable" precise long-term mechanism for student financial aid that combines material assistance, moral infiltration, and ability enhancement, to run the education work through the whole process of college education, in order to provide reference for the construction of my country's colleges and universities subsidized education system.
