This study aims to explore the impact of college fitness yoga on the recovery of sports fatigue in football players. Firstly, by analyzing the mechanism of sports fatigue in football, the possible role of yoga in the recovery of sports fatigue is revealed. Then, through empirical research, examine the specific effect of college fitness yoga on the recovery of sports fatigue among football players. The results indicate that college fitness yoga has a positive effect on the recovery of sports fatigue among football players.
