ABSTRACT

The education of college students' social responsibility is not only the need and important content of the education of The Times, but also the bounden responsibility of colleges and universities. Based on the changes of times, conditions and environment, in the practice of cultivating college students' sense of social responsibility, we should pay special attention to the characteristics of the times, innovation and effectiveness of the educational system.
