This paper briefly outlines the contents and difficulties of college student work, introduces the basic status quo of college student work, points out the significance of student work in "five educations", talent training, ideological and political education, and adheres to the fundamental starting point of "establishing morality and cultivating people", takes students as the foundation, respects the development law of education, teaching and student work. It puts forward the experience and methods of doing a good job in student work from five aspects: establishing rules and regulations, building campus culture, giving play to the role of excellent vanguard and model, refined management, and campus security and stability, which can be used for reference by the staff engaged in college student work and ideological and political education.
