ABSTRACT

From the perspective of ecology, the teaching of hotel English cooperation mode pays more attention to the "comprehensive, connected and open" assessment method in English teaching, so as to ensure that the improvement of students' abilities in all aspects is more consistent with the development of hotels. In particular, the application of the education concept of "system, balance, connection and dynamics" in the hotel English cooperation model can effectively optimize the entire education system and promote the professional skills of hotel students by restructuring and adjusting the relationship between various factors in the education ecosystem. However, in the process of applying the cooperative teaching mode of hotel English, there are still many factors that need to be overcome. Based on the perspective of ecology, this paper attempts to provide some suggestions for hotel English teaching through the research on the cooperative teaching mode of hotel English.
