ABSTRACT

Medical English major (Speciality of English Translation) is a major combining medical theoretical knowledge and English translation skills. Building an online material library that can meet the personalized needs of teachers and students, it is also an important part of the current teaching reform of medical translation major. This study takes the construction of the Department of Foreign Languages and Culture of North Sichuan Medical College as an example to explore how to build an online material library for English majors (Speciality of English Translation). The construction of the online material library for English majors (Speciality of English Translation) takes the subject knowledge of medical translation as the basic content, the self-built online course of medical translation as the basic framework, and the "online+offline" hybrid course teaching as the basic form to carry out research, with a view to providing more research materials for the construction of the "new liberal arts" in the foreign language discipline.
