ABSTRACT

As an important concept of social development in China, the Scientific Outlook on Development plays a crucial role in economic and social construction. Giving full play to the advantages and role of the Scientific Outlook on Development can effectively promote the research work of higher education. In the research work of higher education, we should deeply understand the connotation of the scientific concept of development, combine the actual situation of China's higher education construction and development, give full play to the positive role of the scientific concept of development, and provide correct guidance and guidance for the construction of higher education.
