ABSTRACT

With the reform and development of health and physical education in China, how to improve the physical fitness level of teenagers has become an important task for physical education workers. This paper analyzes the problems of the current physical education and the connotation of Chinese health sports curriculum mode, the youth physical training method, puts forward a series of suitable for Chinese health sports curriculum physical training methods and ideas (comprehensive training, personalized training, practical training) to promote the development of physical education to provide theoretical support.
