ABSTRACT

In the new era of rapid development of information technology, promoting the progress of all walks of life, but also impacting the work innovation of the education industry, it is necessary to strengthen the reform of the construction of college teachers in the new era, and fully implement the work task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people. Strengthening the strength of the teaching team of teachers in college will improve the ideological and political quality and work skills of the teacher group as the top priority of team building, while providing students with better teaching services, serving the development needs of the country's economy and society, and providing a strong teacher guarantee for social progress. Adapt to the current overall trend of social reform and development.
