ABSTRACT

Previous studies have discussed the influence of two language level on creativity from many perspectives. The research has devoted itself to finding the embodiment of bilingual advantages in creative thinking, and also discussed the cognitive mechanism of two language level on creativity, but the relevant conclusions have not been consistent. In this study, adapted from the Gilfort divergent thinking self-measurement table, the results showed that the second language level and divergent thinking were significantly positively correlated. After grouping the second language level according to the 27% extreme grouping standard, the high English level group and the low English level group were significantly different.
