ABSTRACT

Diversified talent training is a key issue in local application-oriented universities. In view of the local university talent training mode reform has a single talent training mode, "triple three light" education teaching, enterprise depth cooperation difficulties, puts forward the idea of building diversified talent training mode, namely from the innovative talent training mode, change the education ideas, promote the reform of curriculum and teaching, strengthen the experimental training platform construction three aspects. At the same time introduces the model to explore the practice of diversified talent training target establishment, the implementation of public basic curriculum grading teaching and professional segment shunt training, diversified elective courses, the reform of diversified teaching methods and means, four years of the practice of teaching system building six main measures, for the reference of similar applied colleges and universities.
