ABSTRACT

For ethnic colleges and universities, carrying out ideological and political work to improve its teaching effect has important practical significance. National psychology is a branch of social psychology of the occurrence, development and change of a certain national psychological activity under certain conditions. It is very important to train students to become thoughtful, connotation and quality students. This paper summarizes the current situation of ideological and political work in ethnic colleges and universities, further analyzes the importance of ideological and political education for students in ethnic colleges and universities, and puts forward the ideological and political work path in ethnic colleges and universities from the perspective of national psychology, so as to provide feasible reference for the smooth development of ideological and political work in ethnic colleges and universities.
