ABSTRACT

Universities cultivate high-quality nursing innovative and entrepreneurial applied talents for the society,which has positive significance for promoting the development of medical and health care in China. In the teaching of nursing undergraduates, teachers should not only impart professional knowledge and skills, but also strengthen the cultivation and practice of students' "innovation and entrepreneurship" ability, change the traditional teaching mode of "more indoctrination, less inspiration", emphasize the improvement of students' higher-order learning ability, and promote the development of independent learning attitude, habit and ability. From the perspective of "three comprehensive education", this paper studies and discusses the "innovation and entrepreneurship" ability training mode for nursing undergraduates, so as to better promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, improve students' comprehensive quality, and lay the foundation for future clinical work.
