ABSTRACT

In the collective life of the community, the means and tools for people to solve public problems are public policies. As time and circumstances change, so do policies. Over time, policy changes are inevitable. This research focuses on the introduction and analysis of the theory of Advocacy Coalition framework, and analyzes the changes in my China's college English education policy based on the Advocacy Coalition.
