ABSTRACT

The psychological and physiological changes of students in vocal school are always changing, so if the college really wants to help students become talents, it is necessary to constantly adjust the school-running philosophy to promote students' all-round development. The diverse and changeable social demands require the teaching management system of vocal school to have enough flexibility and adaptability. The psychological and physiological changes of students in vocal school are always changing, so if the college really wants to help students become talents, it is necessary to constantly adjust the school-running philosophy to promote students' all-round development. Flexible management is showing profound influence on the economy, politics, culture and other fields of contemporary society, which makes the student management of vocal school deeply enlightened. This paper analyzes the specific meaning and characteristics of flexible teaching management, and based on this, puts forward the practice mode of flexible management of teaching management in higher vocational education under the new situation.
