ABSTRACT

The academic problems of students in colleges and universities have been the focus of attention from all walks of life. This has a direct impact on the quality of talent training and its own future development direction. Under the promotion of relevant policies, the importance of academic guidance gradually highlights, how to guide students to better complete their studies is an important issue faced by colleges and universities. The author summarizes the current situation and problems of academic guidance in China by searching various journals and literatures. Put forward the countermeasures of innovative academic guidance. It has certain reference significance to improve the effectiveness of academic guidance and educational management level and promote the better development of higher education in China.
