In this paper, through the study of the characteristics and rules of swimming teaching, to strengthen the use of some appropriate and effective swimming assisted exercises, eliminate fear psychology to regulate the atmosphere in class, stimulate students' enthusiasm and interest, master swimming skills smoothly, cultivate students to choose swimming for their lifelong fitness habit.
