This study investigates how core stability training influences shooting accuracy and dynamic balance in college basketball players, drawing comparative insights from three elite institutional models: Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Duke University. Leveraging rich longitudinal monitoring data—including Y-Balance Test outcomes and strength board metrics—this work examines the scientific rigor and practical implementation of core-focused physical training within ordinary undergraduate settings in China, while contrasting it with Duke's globally recognized fatigue-resilient, movement-integrated conditioning paradigm. Findings reveal that structured core stability interventions significantly enhance shot consistency under simulated game conditions and improve post-landing balance recovery, particularly when training explicitly couples stability demands with sport-specific fatigue and directional variability. The analysis underscores a critical gap between data-rich monitoring capacity and pedagogical integration in domestic university programs, and proposes a translational framework for embedding dynamic, context-sensitive core development into standard athletic preparation.
