With the evolution of economic and social development, psychological challenges faced by university students have taken on contemporary characteristics, rendering traditional mental health education lacking in cultural affinity. The rich educational content in China's outstanding traditional culture offers valuable insights for addressing students' psychological concerns. This paper explores innovative approaches to integrating traditional culture with mental wellbeing through methods including achieving mutual benefit between traditional and cyber cultures, creating an immersive campus cultural environment, and enhancing educators' awareness of leading by example in traditional cultural learning.
