The core mission of the Overseas Literature Platform is to facilitate cross- cultural and cross-regional communication, leveraging internet platforms to promote the global dissemination of outstanding cultural works. English-language novels published on this platform demonstrate distinct advantages including extensive reach, accelerated circulation, and greater influence, highlighting the internet's positive role in cultural resource sharing. This paper explores strategies for transforming the Overseas Literature Platform into a cross-cultural reading resource hub for English novels, offering valuable insights for sharing exceptional cultural resources across regions.
