ABSTRACT

The student community of universities is the main place for students to study, live, and rest during the school period, and it is also an important position for universities to carry out ideological and political education, cultivate organizational discipline, establish collective consciousness, and advocate civilized etiquette for students. This paper observes the pilot work of Chengdu University's "one-stop" comprehensive student community management model and finds that the key to achieving the above integration lies in the combination of "red and green," service sinking, cultural infiltration, three-pronged parenting, and self-governance. These are not only the needs for the implementation of the new era of collaborative education in colleges and universities but also an important direction for the high-quality development of college and university student communities.
