ABSTRACT

In recent years, the rise of life history in China has introduced life consciousness into historical research, and made historical research come back to the life, focusing on health, exploring the history with a real-life and trustworthy figure, and then paid attention to the life cognition, experience and expression of individuals and groups. The value of life history to history education lies in its ability to provide a new perspective for historical interpretation and to provide healthy care for students. In history education, the value of life history can be explored by "deeply describing the life experience of epidemic diseases", "focusing on the environment: exploring the healthy way of life" and "focusing on the individual: highlighting the solemn extinction of life", so that history education can constantly highlight the life consciousness.
