ABSTRACT

Against the backdrop of globalization and urbanization, the linguistic landscape of a city is not only a vital component of its culture but also carries significant responsibilities for urban development and image shaping. In this context, a thorough study of the linguistic landscape in Zhanjiang City, analyzing its influencing factors, and proposing strategies to address its challenges holds substantial theoretical value and practical significance. Through this research, we aim to promote the cultural prosperity of Zhanjiang City, enhance its urban image, and achieve its sustainable development goals.
