ABSTRACT

In the new era, university students need to possess correct values and a healthy psychological state. The significance of life education for university students lies in guiding them to establish correct views on life and civic consciousness, enabling them to develop healthy lifestyles, positive psychological qualities, and a strong sense of social responsibility. Ideological and political education is highly compatible with life education for university students. The integration of ideological and political education elements into life education for university students includes the design and selection of teaching content, innovation and practice in educational methods, the construction and optimization of the educational environment, and the reform and deepening of educational evaluations.
