ABSTRACT

As an important base for cultivating high-level talents, colleges and universities have the responsibility to carry out systematic collectivism education for college students in the new era, guide young college students to cultivate collectivism emotion, form collectivism behavior habits and establish collectivism values. However, college students' collectivism education is still facing many challenges, such as economic globalization, value diversification, ideological complexity and sharp contradictions. It is necessary to carry out educational innovation from the dimensions of theory, practice, emotion and method, so as to achieve better educational results and meet the requirements of talent training in Colleges and universities in the new stage and new tasks.
