ABSTRACT

This article explores the innovation and effectiveness evaluation of the university badminton training model under the "dual-channel" approach, referring to both online and offline channels. Through in-depth research on the design and implementation of dual-channel training, the article summarizes innovative training models and empirically assesses their effectiveness in improving students' skill levels and cultivating comprehensive qualities. The research results provide new insights and methods for university sports training.
