ABSTRACT

Sanda, as a traditional form of Chinese martial arts, has gradually gained widespread attention in college education. However, with the development of the times, there are a series of problems in the teaching of Sanda in colleges, such as a lack of qualified teachers and an incomplete teaching system. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of Sanda in colleges and proposes corresponding countermeasures, aiming to promote the healthy development of Sanda in college education.
