ABSTRACT

Family education is a conscious educational activity carried out by parents for their children. It has the leadership and directness of parents and plays an irreplaceable role in the growth of students. Home-school co-education in colleges and universities is an important mechanism that promotes collaboration between schools and families, helping students develop in an all-round way, improve academic performance, and cultivate good study habits and values. As a powerful education model, home-school co-education in colleges and universities has a positive impact on promoting the all-round development of students' labor education. Through the cooperation between universities and families, college students' practical abilities, teamwork spirit and sense of social responsibility can be better cultivated. This article aims to explore effective ways for home-school co-education in colleges and universities to promote the development of students' labor education, such as joint planning of labor education courses, sharing of educational resources in schools, home-school collaboration in student internships, practice projects, parent training and symposiums, and setting up families Labor achievement reward mechanism, etc.
