ABSTRACT

With the enrichment of behavior intervention theories, behavior change techniques have rapidly developed in recent years and have been widely applied in psychological interventions such as group counseling, individual counseling, and teaching practices for subject teachers and class advisers. Based on this foundation, the necessity of coding and classifying behavior change techniques has become increasingly prominent. This paper aims to organize and summarize a large number of existing behavior change techniques, intending to make the classification of these techniques logically scientific and provide intervention practitioners with a directional technical selection tool.
