ABSTRACT

This paper is centred on the application of shadow following reading method in Italian oral expression. The study shows that shadow following reading method can effectively improve students' imitation skills, language comprehension, thinking and memory ability, and it has obvious effect on improving the correct rate of speech, cultivating the flow of speech, sense of speech and so on. At the same time, the shadow reading method can also improve students' psychological quality and exercise their Italian oral expression ability.
